First of all, I want to say hope you had fun at blogher which I am sure you did. I love reading your blog as it is so well thought out and put together. But I know how your daughter felt over not being able to go to blogher as my sister @onemomsworld dealt with the same with her two daughters. Well I look forward to reading more soon. Enjoy as best you can and thanks for being blunt about what you’re going through. As you stated -that is what blogging is about – laying it out there for ourselves, and collaterally – the readers that might get something out of it.
I’ve had two years of back and forth to the medical centers with them finally knowing that all of the strange inflammations and ‘ick feeling’ times is all related to a genetic thing called “Ankylosing Spondylitis”. How’d they finally diagnose it after what we determined was over 20 years of dealing with various ‘unexplained’ symptoms that were treated individually, but never collectively recognized? I got bit by a brown recluse spider – and went through more blood tests… my arms look like I’m a junkie with all the needle scars. Finally – they figured it out.

You delayed, yeah – but you finally dealt with it – and they will figure it out. Hang in there – because once you know? You’ll remember how to breathe deep again without that twisty feeling in your chest.
