  1. Wow. Powerful. Thanks for sharing. What a brave girl.

  2. It seems the Democratic group looking for a “15-19 year old actress who breaks your heart without saying a word” found one.

The story on how this ad came to be is quite revealing on the lengths certain groups will go.

  3. Queen of Spain says:

Sorry Jim, but even if this is an actress it’s the message that matters. And it’s a message every woman should be taking into account when she votes.

  4. Okay so I’m trying to understand the discussion here – a casting notice for an issues commercial is somehow bad, but the fact that victims of rape and incest can be forced to carry a child is not? Is less important? Huh? Have I stumbled into bizarro world again?

The only thing heinous about this ad is that it’s true.

  5. @Jim – WOW! I’m sorry but, people like you scare me.

  6. While I don’t agree with abortion for myself, I do agree that if I ever changed my mind about it I would want to have that choice. This is one of the main reasons.
Thanks for this post. I’m going to favorite that video.

  7. Bad things happen and it’s tragic. But one awful thing does not justify taking the life of an innocent child too young to defend his or herself. You cannot say you value life and then abort a child. If you think abortion should be legal, go watch this video. Better yet, go watch an abortion. You might change your mind. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIdbYjmbFzo

  8. And @rick, you are the real scary one.

  9. Queen of Spain says:

Jen, I’ve actually terminated a pregnancy for reasons I can’t imagine you will ever comprehend. How dare you refuse to defend my life over a glob of cells? Go away. Now. Before I get really mad.
